On the road again! After leaving Barrio Escalante, we stopped to visit three of our current ovens to check in with the ASOME in La Esmeralda, Jenny’s oven in Santa Rosa de la Rita, and Daysi Sandoval in Horquetas de Sarapiqui. At each location, we learned of recent successes and new baking techniques. And most importantly, we delivered more of the much-needed baking sheets donated by Rustica Bakery.
