Meet Mi Amor (My Love). She is a product of Bricks to Bread. The Perez Family had been setting aside half of their earnings, and any coins they received, in a piggy bank. They were saving money with the intent to buy this high quality milk producing calf. In two years, when she is old enough, they will use the milk for baking and making cheese. Milk and cheese are the most expensive products they use in their bakery. The idea to buy Mi Amor was not from Bricks to Bread.
