Members of BriBri Women’s Group Visit San Marcos
The meeting with the women’s group from the BriBri Indian Tribe was positive and encouraging. So much so that two of the women were willing to leave their families and travel eight hours to an unknown place (San Macros de Cutris) with strangers; unsure of what to expect. For these women to show this kind of commitment and willingness to learn is quite inspiring.
Since their arrival in San Marcos the women have talked more with Laura and Cristina about their experiences baking bread for their community. They have toured the village, shared lots of laughs and time in the kitchen baking bread and other treats.
