Last weekend we had a wonderful event! It was a little chilly for our 2018 Spring Fundraiser, but everything else was perfect. We started out with appetizers straight out of the oven alongside our Costa Rican bartenders. Dinner was served followed by a short program by Nancy Alvarado. Lastly, we finished the evening off with a fun game of heads and tails. We ended up having 70 guests and 15 volunteers at the Alvarado residence. It was a wonderful celebration of bricks to bread! Our goal was to raise $5,000 from the event however, we exceeded our goal and ended up raising $11,200 and still counting! We’d like to thank all those who were able to join us for the evening, and those who supported us even though they were not able to attend. We are incredibly grateful for all of the support!
