Bricks to Bread builds micro-enterprises in rural Costa Rica. We focus on single household women seeking a sustainable source of income to combat poverty. We partner with these women to build brick ovens that generate family income, offer much needed fresh bread and bring communities together. Our business model benefits from the will, interest and financial capacity of local supporters and includes a service-based trip with a full immersion experience for volunteers.
